I'm a UX and product designer who enjoys making complicated things feel effortless. I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area and currently at Visible by Verizon, where I lead design for customer account management – helping people control their wireless service without needing to contact support.
Over 7 years, I've worked in different team environments – from large organizations with established processes to small, fast-moving teams where we're building the process as we go. I've maintained products through their entire lifecycle and jumped between quick commercial projects where I had to get up to speed fast. The constant is focusing on solutions that work for users and collaborating closely across product, engineering, and research to get there.
Outside of work, you'll find me: seeking out good restaurants wherever I travel, hunting for vintage furniture, working on the occasional painting project, or attempting a new pasta dish. 😀
